Megan Cummings, PA-C

Megan Cummings is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of clinical experience. After graduating from The University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology she worked with a Mohs surgeon for two years, gaining experience as a dermatology Medical Assistant and Histotechnician during Mohs surgeries. Megan then attended PA school at The University of Florida College of Medicine, one of the top-ranked PA programs in the country.

Megan returned to the Kansas City area after practicing Dermatology in McKinney, Texas. While there she worked directly under a Board Certified Dermatologist and gained invaluable training and experience. She also earned her Diplomate Fellowship through the Society of Dermatology of Physician Assistants, a premier training program for Dermatology PA’s.

Megan has special interests in skin cancer prevention, aesthetic dermatology, and making her patients feel their best when it comes to skin health. She strives to provide up to date, evidence-based medicine while creating personalized, patient-centric visits.

Megan is happy to call the Kansas City area home again and has been enjoying trying restaurants with her husband and chasing after her two young boys on the outdoor trails.
